Dr. Monfette is a Cape Cod native who grew up in Sandwich, MA. He left the Cape to complete his undergraduate studies at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, and went on to earn his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Monfette is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and an Associate Fellow of the Academy of Implant Dentistry. He also completed a 9-month advanced training program in implant dentistry with the Academy of Implant Dentistry. In addition, he holds certifications in Invisalign®, oral sedation, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
In line with his commitment to giving back, Dr. Monfette returned to Cape Cod to provide state-of-the-art, relationship-based, comprehensive dental care to his community.
He currently lives in West Barnstable with his wife, Tia, and their two golden retrievers, Penny and Maverick. When he’s not tossing a tennis ball for Maverick or exploring the outdoors with Penny, Dr. Monfette enjoys golfing, skiing, fly fishing, and cheering on all the Boston sports teams.
